I am a senior economics student at Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana. For my thesis, I am researching how the division of labor within same-sex couples and gender expression affect wage differentials based on sexual orientation. To help understand how GLBTQ couples divide their household labor and how this affects gender expression, I am conducting a small, completely anonymous survey of GLBTQ people currently in relationships of a year or more. These survey results will be used to empirically look at hours worked in the home versus in the marketplace.
I would greatly appreciate your participation in the following survey. The survey should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to fill out. All responses will be kept completely confidential. If you would like a copy of the results or have questions about this survey, please email me at email@example.com.
